We offer evidence-based mental health training through our Learning Portal, behavioral health resources, and ongoing support to individuals, faith communities, schools, and workplaces.

The Impact of Trauma on Relationships
Explore the profound impact of trauma on relationships and mental wellness. Learn about different types of trauma, common trauma responses, and how trauma can affect interpersonal connections.

The Neuroscience Behind Behavioral Addictions
Explore the connection between various behavioral addictions, brain function, and mental health. Participants will learn how certain behaviors – such as compulsive technology use, gambling, shopping, or gaming can alter brain processes and reinforce addictive patterns.

Cognitive Wellness and Mental Health
Explore the dynamic relationship between cognitive wellness and mental health through a science-based, preventative lens. Participants will learn how mental health conditions and life stressors can affect cognitive abilities such as attention, memory, and decision-making, and how strengthening cognitive function can, in turn, support mental well-being.

Understanding Youth Mental Health and Suicide
Explore youth mental health and suicide through the lens of brain development and prevention science. Participants will learn how the developing brain influences emotional regulation and decision-making in young people, and how factors such as environment, stress, and trauma can impact brain development and mental well-being.
November 19th | 12 PM – 1 PM
Supporting Mental and Emotional Wellness in Later Life
Explore mental and emotional wellness in later life, with an emphasis on recognizing mental distress in older adults and understanding the mental health challenges that can emerge as people age. Participants will learn how factors such as aging-related changes, life transitions, health concerns, and social influences can affect emotional well-being in older adulthood.
